Vero Home is a product brand of Sivad Games LLC. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to privacy@verohomeapp.com.
Founding Household applications
If you apply, we collect the information you submit: name, email, broad region, phone platform, broad Windows and hardware ranges, household-size range, access needs, feature priorities, early-software comfort, feedback and pricing interest, and an optional referral source.
We use this information to review pilot fit, choose a useful mix of households and hardware, plan product support, understand demand, contact applicants about Vero Home, and protect the form from abuse. Submitting an application does not create a product account or require a purchase.
What we intentionally do not ask for
The application does not ask for an exact home address, income, bank or payment information, private household documents, passwords, government identifiers, or Windows product keys.
Hosting and technical data
The website host processes ordinary request data needed to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages. Application records are stored in the site’s managed database. After a record is saved, the site also sends a notification containing the submitted application information through Cloudflare Email Service to Vero Home’s configured founder inbox. We do not currently add advertising trackers or sell application information.
Retention and deletion
Founding Household applications may be kept for up to 24 months while Vero’s pilot and early-access program develops, unless a longer period is needed for a legal obligation or you ask us to delete the record sooner. Email privacy@verohomeapp.com from the address used in the application to request access, correction, or deletion.
Children
This application is intended for adults evaluating household software. We do not knowingly ask children to submit Founding Household applications.
Changes
We will update this page as the website, signed Windows assessment, Android application, Vero Anywhere service, payments, diagnostics, or other public product capabilities become available. Material changes will receive a new effective date.
